Press Centre – Accreditation – Events for the press

Berlin, 11 September 2017 – At CMS 2017 the Press Centre and fair management can be found in Hall 6.2 on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Journalists can obtain press material from the organisers and from exhibitors who have reserved press boxes there. As of 19 September the latest press photos will be available online. Throughout CMS daily reports on the activities at the fair will be available from about 3 p.m. every day. We are also able to provide journalists with electronic workstations, including internet access, at the Press Centre. To assist your coverage in the run-up to the fair the CMS press service newsroom contains video clips and quotes, and information is also available via Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Under the section heading ’Innovation Report’ you can find information from exhibitors presenting their latest products (including texts and press photos). The CMS photo gallery contains a selection of preview and product images of all the nominees for the new CMS Purus Innovation Awards (PIA).

Accreditation
Members of the media can obtain accreditation under https://messe-berlin.press-registration.de/cms-2017/lang/en.
After a successful registration, you will be provided with a PDF in order to print out your press badge yourself- either in black & white or in colour.

CMS press passes are also valid for the WFBSC Congress (18 – 20 September, Hall 7).

Accreditation during the fair
Journalists who have not registered early can obtain accreditation with the relevant documents on the exhibition grounds. Online accreditation can also be obtained during CMS:

  • Accreditation counter in Hall 7 (entrance to the WFBSC Congress): 18 to 20 September, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Accreditation counter at the south entrance (entrance to CMS): 19 to 22 September, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
